What will the day to day look like for the contractor?
Mostly going to AT&T IOT Lab in Redmond (local labs) and sometimes in Live air/Production network IOT
What will the interview process look like? Telephonic interview for screening and then if feasible F2F
Responsibilities
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in IMS/VOLTE/SIP/RTP/RTCP/LTE/Protocol domain (UE/handset side preferred).
Necessary Skills/Attributes for this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:

Responsibilities
- Executing Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) IOT/Lab test plan for feature or issue reproduction in 3rd party Carrier/Vendor labs.
- Develop strong system knowledge required for MCPTT services and call flows.
- Defect troubleshooting in IOT/LC lab environment with network and operator engineers.
- Perform test plan analysis, SW download, sanity testing, and configure devices specific to test plan/feature, device logging with tools
- Tracking and Follow-ups on the issues for early closure with respective owners.
- Learn and Create device sanity test plan for new MCPTT features Ex. ProSE/D2D
- Device log analysis (SIP/IMS/Modem) and provide logical conclusion to issues after co-working with R&D Dev teams.
- Support technology trials related to new feature validation by Lab/Live network testing, and integration testing
- Strong verbal and written communication with R&D, Project Managers, Carrier/customer SMEs

- Working knowledge of various protocols and technologies such as LTE/IMS/SIP/VoLTE/VoWifi/RCS/RTP/RTCP/MSRP/DNS/HTTP.
- Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis skills and should be able to segregate issues from device and network perspective.
- Ability to write and review technical reports that can be explained to the customers and technology partners.
- Strong presentation skills desired.
- Strong TCP/IP fundamentals and working knowledge.
- Ability to work in cross functional team environment.
- Hands on experience of defect tracking systems.
- Must be able to work in radio lab environment.
- Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 90% of work time.
- Visual acuity, color distinction, and numeric and character detail distinction for the analysis and preparation of statistical reports and information.
- Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes, or materials weighing up to 25 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
- Occasionally work additional hours beyond normal schedule.
