System Engineer OAM for 4G/5G Wireless Networks

Role SummaryManage the requirements specifications for E2E OAM domains for 4G/5G/CBRS domains.
Work with the customer and PLMs to derive the Feature Requirement specifications and work with the R&D in implementing the same and to ensure Traceability.
Shall take care of Plug and Play of any Radios with our vDUs and to facilitate a Zero touch Provisioning aspects.
Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering with at least 10 yrs of experience in wireless domain in OAM or Platform areas including Containerization.
Minimum of 2 yrs of experience as System Engineer or as Architect with focus on one or more of OAM and management modules for any wireless networks.
Knowledge on Data models for any wireless base stations is a must.
Expertise on Modem Architectures with Multi-board, Multi-CPU embedded systems and management Models for the same is a must.
Understanding and experience of wireless Front haul and ORAN interfaces is preferred.
Expertise on FCAPS management of any wireless (mobile) systems is a must.
Working Knowledge on ORAN based management systems is a plus.
Expertise on ORAN DU and RU Yang models and Netconf protocols as defined in ORAN Specs is a plus.
Shall be a good team player and a go-getter
Very good communication and presentation skills are a must
Ability to work with multiple stake holders including Product Managers, system Engineers and Developers
Experience in technical Co-ordiation skills across teams including multi-site teams is preferred.
