Dev Technology Group is recruiting for a Senior Test Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing various test plans and test cases to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in coordination with other team members and other intersecting teams, and learn automation testing skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement various test strategies and customized solutions
Collect and develop test data and technical information used for creating test suites
Document test strategies and results as needed
Support development teams with integrating the test suites in a continuous integration pipeline
Implement various automated test tools as needed
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The work experience should be supporting software development projects through testing and other roles
Demonstrated experience implementing testing solutions in complex data-heavy environments
Ability to advise, and collaborate, regarding system-specific test architecture/solution and data needs
Experience with creating test plans based on gathered requirements and documenting test results
Working knowledge of issue/bug tracking tools (Jira)
Experience with testing web-based/cloud applications
Experience using SQL to query test data
Understanding of agile development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean practices
Working knowledge of the software development life cycle (SLDC) as it applies to software testing activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
Experience with automated testing methodologies and tools
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience using Selenium Web Driver and Maven, preferably with Java
Experience using SoapUI, or Java-based wrappers, for web services testing
Clearance: Ability to obtain the required government security clearance (CBP Final).
