zyBooks is looking to hire a Technical Customer Service Representative, Education

In this role, you will be supporting professors and students, in written communication format and zoom calls with content related questions. In this role, you are the escalation point so you will need a strong technical aptitude, with a customer obsessed passion for helping others to be successful.

We are looking for people who:

  • Has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science degree, similar Engineering degree or equivalent program.

  • Knowledge of Basics of C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, Assembly.

  • Available to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism.

  • Reliability and quality are the key to success in this position.
