ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible for triaging data cases – assigning cases to the appropriate team member or self for resolution.
- Provides regular feedback/training/Knowledge Submissions for case resolution to internal departments.
- Work with internal team members to establish data quality process and develop action plan for team to proactively resolve issues.
- Assist internal departments with data analysis to support campaign development, customer success and retention.
- Ad-hoc SQL reporting and trend analysis for future business development.
Be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and education levels and establish cooperative working relationships with all coworkers.
Timely and effectively communicate information to and consult with others in order to complete work assignments.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years experience in SQL, with demonstrated knowledge of relational data base concepts and file structures
Knowledge of business analytical practices and methodologies
