The incumbent is required to fill in an entry level role in the Quality Assurance/Process Excellence function and is expected to take up the following activities:

1) Understand the existing process and document the end to end process/changes

2) Conduct process compliance audits and flag non-conformances observed and follow up with concerned team for timebound closure

3) Optimize the existing processes/ remove non-value adding waste to make them leaner and simpler

4) Educate the target audience on the key process steps as a process adoption facilitator

5) Identify and institutionalize the leading indicators of key processes/phases in a software project

6) Flag Early Warning signals to project owners & leaders in case leading indicators are indicating project failure/less than optimal performance

7) Present the performance on Key Metrics to engineering & unit leaders and follow up on Action items till closure

8) Close Looping initiatives to instill customer confidence based on post survey analysis

9) Take up Quality and functional trainings for addressing the training needs identified through audits/facilitation/CSAT/hosting on-line quizzes etc.

10) Collaborate with rest of the team to bring about transformation to optimize project level Quality-Cost-Timeliness triad at an orgn. level
