We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our team. You will be a key contributor for building, managing, and maintaining Warehouse management systems to fulfill and support Stores, eCommerce and Omni distribution centers. You will also lead and mentor a talented team of Engineers while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Experience in full-stack software development.
Proficient in architecture and system design
Experience managing large scale production systems in the cloud; must understand Azure and GCP
Complete understanding on how fulfillment works to drive towards Omni solutions.
Understanding of the Front End, Mobile technologies and legacy technologies.
Experience working in an agile environment, working collaboratively, and able to work autonomously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and planning skills
Experience working with multiple disperse and cross-functional teams
Engineering experience at a high-volume enterprise Retailer
Previous technical experience with:
Service based architecture
Cloud deployments and CI/CD.
SOA, client/server architectures, high availability, and N-Tier Systems
Systems management concepts, processes, and standards
Git/github, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence

Solve problems, escalate, reproduce, validate, perform training, debug or deploy software
Applying up-to-date expertise in Software Engineering to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Providing scalable and reliable solutions for Omni Fulfillment.
Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation of Operational Support
Acting as a role model to the team
Complying with company’s policies and procedures that support it’s mission, values, and standards of ethics, integrity, and security
