About the Job
In this role you will join the GPSC and Manufacturing Data Development team and will partner with the IT and Business communities to transform the processes and systems with industry leading solutions. You will drive analytical projects from conception to completion with high velocity and quality, translate the needs of business customers to technical requirements for Data Integration and Business Intelligence teams, be cognizant of status, roadblocks and pace of project throughout and escalate as necessary to ensure success and on-time delivery to business partners.
The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be a member of an agile SAFE team that designs, builds, and deploys new and enhanced GPSC and Manufacturing analytics solutions using BI and analytics tools. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the development process including requirements gathering with key stakeholders, developing technical design, interfacing with various applications and teams, development, and deployment.
Create reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and Angular.
Design and implement data validation dashboards and data quality monitoring tools
Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics community to capture, prioritize, suggest and document data analytic requirements and drive measurable results
Provide support to Business IT on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis as subject matter expert Recommend types of reporting analytics solutions and procedures to apply to meet stated business objectives
Collaborate with other IT teams on issues involving architecture and design of data repositories, including development of new tables, views, and data semantic layer for optimized standard reporting and investigation of new technologies to improve and optimize standard reporting. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation on reports, dashboards, and scorecards during the development lifecycle
Responsibilities include ensuring IT standards are met, production readiness processes are followed, and a quality system product is delivered and turned over to Production Support personnel.
The role may also be called upon for escalation of real-time incidents. Responsibilities include advising steps to diagnose, repair or remediate issues with systems when assigned.

Additional Job Description
2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence
Advanced report development skills including proficiency with various BI and analytical tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
2+ years of experience writing efficient Structured Query Language (SQL) using various SQL-development software packages, including SQL Server, and ability to use custom SQL including building stored procedures for complex data pulls
Experience in working cross-functionally teams, including with senior business leaders to design, develop and evolve reporting and analytics solutions while guiding them on the best business intelligence practices
Data driven and systems-thinking approach to solving complex problems
Understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking ability
Professional certifications, like Microsoft Certified Business Intelligence or other data analytics tools certifications
Experience in analytics report development in Angular Framework with charting libraries (i.e. ngx-charts, primeng)
Experience in ETL tools, SSIS in particular
Experience with Data modeling
Experience with open source technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Spark/pySpark , Python)
Experience with streaming technologies (i.e. Kafka, Pulsar, Nifi)
Strong problem-solving capacity
Full lifecycle application development using standard design patterns and frameworks
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development
Experience with SAFE Agile methodology
