Key Responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with our clients, diverse stakeholders and our engineering teams, you will lead the definition of project and product scope
During product discovery, you take inputs from business stakeholders, customers, market research, to uncover and validate user needs and product success factors that align with strategy and goals
You articulate and communicate the vision, goals, positioning, strategy and roadmap for your product
You participate in, or leverage, market research, end user research, competitive intelligence and validation testing
You gather, manage and prioritize requirements, and organize requirements from a high-level roadmap down to tangible feature specifications that drive the development process
Define and measure key metrics for product adoption, operation and success
Provide regular reports on project progress to all internal and client stakeholders, including summaries of test coverage and test results
Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement and learning
This is a senior-level role with significant responsibility, creativity, business sense and technical depth required.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or requirements management
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in key roles within a professional software development organization
Enough technical expertise so you can speak the same language as our development teams and technology experts
Domain expertise in your area of product, your industry or solution area
Experience with requirements management and knowledge management systems such as JIRA, Redmine, Confluence
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong documentation, time/priority management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and self-guided, being able to analyze a situation to develop an approach and plan of action
Ability to deal with ambiguous, fluid situations, conflicting inputs by various stakeholders, and bring structure and clarity
Attention to detail and quality orientation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Optional) Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Human Factors Design, or a related field, or comparable relevant experience
Good grasp of the Agile software development approach, including experience as product owner
Technical knowledge about cloud technologies
Technical knowledge about mobile and IoT device technologies
Experience with security related technologies such as encryption, authentication, biometrics, penetration testing, trusted computing
Real-world knowledge and experience in project management approaches and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Experience in third-party collaborator management including setting up contracts and agreements with third party entities, creating RFPs and building supplier networks
Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-site projects, ideally with an understanding of cultural differences in international projects
