If so, this is your opportunity to join the market-leading Delta Faucet Company (DFC), a leader in Masco’s $4B plumbing segment, as we reinvent the way consumers interact with water! In this role, you will direct a team of IoT product and technology innovators responsible for delivering products, solutions, and technology platforms from conceptualization to launch and post-launch performance.

This leader is accountable for driving strategy, execution and culture for a new connected home business model including vision casting, strategy development, team leadership and road mapping for future product offerings and technology partnership. This high visibility and high impact role will be required to interact with senior leadership of the company and across the wider Masco enterprise.

Serve as overall owner for DFC’s connected solutions offerings. Position growth opportunities with senior leader and secure support to advance these critical initiatives
Lead the creation of connected water solutions and the go-to-market plan. While this person will directly manage a product management and technical team, their influence over the wider organization will be fundamental
Partner with other leaders within the Masco Enterprise and internal partners (ex. IT and Product Function) to enable alignment of strategy and execution along with enterprise efficiencies
Lead organizational change-management activities to develop a new digital culture to enable commercialization of smart and connected consumer solutions
Own the development of strategies and product & technology road maps that anticipate and shape future market needs while balancing technical and business perspectives
Education & Experience:
Proven track record leading internal and external product and technology teams
Understanding of firmware, DevOps, Cloud environment or cloud platforms as it relates to product development in IOT space
Experience bringing connected consumer solutions to market with proven market success
Experience working on a technology-powered team as a product manager, product strategy, product designer, engineer, data analyst, or data scientist
Experience having enabled a partner ecosystem that drives overall value of connected solutions in market
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed manner
Excellent facilitation, interpersonal and change-management skills; able to prioritize, drive accountability and lead many simultaneous tasks and priorities
