Description
  • Looking for an energetic NCG who is interested in solving real world challenges in Connectivity Space and willing to learn and adapt to emerging technology updates in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/802.15.4
  • Candidate will be working on NXP's Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/802.15.4 devices and Wireless Micro-controllers and will be closely working with NXP Customers, NXP Marketing, Field Application Engineersto promote NXP's offerings for Pre-sales opportunities, enable successful integration of NXP chips to Customer platforms and take up Post Sales activity support which includes debugging and resolving issues in device driver/firmware
  • Additionally, candidate will be involved in developing Product collateral like App Notes, User Guide, Datasheets, creating and presenting demos to demonstrate product value, learning from debugging/support experience and providing feedback to R&D teams, Product Managers to improve NXP solution offerings
  • Percentage of Travel Required < 30%
Requirements
  • Bachelors with 2 years of experience or Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Wired & Wireless Networking Protocols - Networking Protocol Stack (TCP/IP),knowledge of Wireless Communication Protocols like Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Zigbee/Thread is a plus
  • Knowledge of Embedded Systems and familiarity working with Micro-controllers/Microprocessors in academic coursework/labs
  • Good understanding of Operating System fundamentals and working knowledge of Linux/FreeRTOS from Coursework & Academic projects
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ having demonstrated in academic projects
  • Proficient in scripting languages - Python or Perl or Linux Shell scripting
  • Experience working on device driver programming is a plus
  • Demonstrate good temperament and positive attitude in dealing with customer issues and taking it to resolution
