Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
  • Design and lead the implementation and deployment of adtech and retain ownership for the overall platform architecture and technical delivery for multi-market , multi-channel client
  • Consult with client and delivery teams, aligning solution designs to the defined future state, identify opportunities to modify/mature the architecture to accommodate changes across multiple technical projects and / or implementations simultaneously
  • Lead alignment and governance across the various architectural domains and internal teams. Advise client and agency leadership about industry best practices, trends and technology, influencing the overall tech strategy
  • Establish and document the technical goals, strategy and deep-dive technical capability appropriate to mitigate unknowns in complex interconnected projects or systems by working closely with technical resources in the Digital Operations and Client Operations team
  • Manage external technical vendor relationships on the client’s behalf
  • Identify and provide documentation and recommendations for mitigation and resolve technical challenges of any issues and risks associated with requirements, proposed systems, solutions, development, designs, plans and timelines faced throughout deployment
  • Perform technical architecture, system analysis, and requirements analysis to determine project requirements to ensure projects are clearly scoped, architected, tested, delivered on time, and positioned for long-term success
Professional Skills
  • Experience and knowledge needed for this role :
  • 8 + years ad tech and martech experience (preferably agency-side)
  • Deep and broad experience of digital media planning and buying
  • A strong hands on understanding of digital media platforms : ad server, tag management , DSP, paid search and paid social management platforms, DCO, VVF, DMP, CDP and reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge and hands on experience of working with major vendors – G oogle M arketing P latform , Adobe, TTD, Microsoft, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify , MOAT
  • Demonstrated experience in technically leading ad tech design and implementation projects
  • Experience in documentation to communicate complex integrations
  • Ability to integrate inputs / outputs using data feeds an d flat files
  • Experience in data modelling, data loading and data analysis
  • Experience creating technical documentation
  • E xperience in leading new vendor selection and tech migration

  • Ability to understand complexity and communicate in a meaningful manner to our client
  • Strong analysis skills, ability to evaluate customer requirements and modify existing solution
  • Ability to clearly understand client objectives and to map these across digital media platform and operations configurations & workflows
  • Ability to ‘deep dive’ with channel leaders to specifically understand and optimise channel-specific platforms
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues from all regions and markets
  • HTML and JavaScript skills highly beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
