  • As a Social Strategist you’ll be involved with a diverse set of market segments through our biggest accounts (such as automotive and fintech). You’ll lead and support strategy development to bring to life the most effective and interesting approach a brand can make in the digital space. You’ll partner with creatives; business leads and resources from Momentum’s network to ensure strategy is properly reflected across all initiatives / touchpoints.
  • Your passionate about social, memes, influencers and internet culture. You know how to launch an effective campaign or annual strategy. You know how important analytics are, but are just as inspired by creative content and digital experiences. You’re a social guru and on top of trends. The latest TikTok sound is just as popular on your phone as catching up on Twitter trends.
  • You’ll bring inspiration and innovative opportunities from the fast-evolving social landscape.
  • You will uncover behaviors and map journeys. You’ll play a large role in our influencer practice, manage reporting on social/content and is someone who stays on the pulse of trends, insights and reporting.
  • You have clear communication skills to articulate your vision

Here's what you will do?
  • Deliver inspiring influencer, digital and social strategies across key clients acting as both planner and ongoing consultant
  • Be the subject matter expert on sourcing, identifying and assessing potential influencer/talent partnerships strategically based on qualitative and quantitative brand-fit attributes
  • Develop a set of best practices and devise recommended rules of engagement, helping to build social media / digital capability worldwide
  • Plan and manage multichannel and digital media campaign engagement initiatives
  • Set targets, timelines and channel roles for social media programs and key initiatives and manage marketing calendar
  • Lead efforts to produce system of measurements and key metrics to determine campaign effectiveness in terms of digital and social media penetration and perceptions.
  • Develop a digital / content / influencer engagement strategy and lead the execution and measurement plans to evaluate results
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights
  • Provide digital research, analysis and insight generation for all business activities using strategic tools such as social listening and influencer engines
  • Lead and/or provide expertise on new business and sales activities related to digital strategy
  • Establish a client-facing role to present on digital strategy and research
  • All other duties as assigned

Here's what we are looking for?
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in influencer, digital, & social strategy – ideally at a marketing agency
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative, creative environment
  • Expert knowledge around key digital platforms and communications channels (social, digital, influencer, search)
  • Experience with paid social media, social listening and analytic reporting a must
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills – able to lead projects independently
  • Great client-facing and communication skills
  • Loves living on social, on the pulse of culture and can be inspired by their daily scrolls
  • A genuine interest in new approaches, fresh innovative ideas, and a strong belief in your ability to make ideas real.
  • Personable and positive, eager to establish yourself as a valued contributor to the team
  • Proficient with a Mac and key programs like Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Able to think proactively
