What will you be doing?
  • Vodafone OneNumber, allows our customers to share their phone number and mobile plan through their devices, like smartwatches, tablets and laptops, smart speakers, basically any device form factor that facilitates mobile connectivity. As those devices will leverage emerging new connectivity experiences based on eSIM, managing the introduction of these methods is also important part of the remit.
  • As the Product Manager you'll ensure the overall performance of OneNumber – for Vodafone UK. You'll act as a key interface into the UK Local Head of Product (or sub-team) in order to lead the overall integration, launch and ongoing management of the Global Product/s within the UK market. You will also play a key role capturing the priorities and integration requirements to ensure the global product is optimised for the UK market. You'll need to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders to ensure the product is locally relevant and successful. Today Vodafone OneNumber is used by over a million customers across our lead markets in Europe and with your support we are looking to increase this number significantly.
Who are we looking for?
  • Working closely with the Global Product Manager, you will have the ability to identify and translate local customer requirements/insights into the overall global product
  • Previous experience working with technical and marketing teams as part of the product integration process
  • Commercial understanding/acumen of business KPI’s. Able to provide guidance and advice on the technical requirements, platforms, infrastructure needed
  • Experience in E2E customer process journeys/ flows – constantly striving for improvement.
