  • Understand the solution design documents and liaise with all the necessary teams depending on the solution complexity in order to On Board customer
  • Understanding of networking is must.
  • Liaise with the stake holders to identify gaps and issues while On Boarding process
  • Daily review calls with the Implementation Consultants
  • Publishing Reports and dashboard to internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of GSM, GPRS network component configuration and operation. Experience in messaging
