- The Manager, Organization Design & Effectiveness will plan, lead, and execute a variety of OE projects and programs in support of HR and business strategies to deliver on business outcomes and cultural initiatives.
- Provide OE thought leadership, advice, and guidance on a wide range of OE solutions including change management, organization design and development
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of OE projects in service of business outcomes and our desired culture (e.g., CTC’s workplace of the future, hybrid model and moments that matter)
- Design and manage organizational change management methods and communication plans that proactively identify and mitigate delivery and people risks associated with business change initiatives
- Provide advice and guidance on implementation of a wide range of OE solutions, including organization efficiency (e.g., number of layers, span of control, compression) and organization effectiveness (e.g., role clarity, accountabilities, decision making authority and collaboration) and organization development
- Conduct independent analysis, develop OE solutions, and make recommendations to senior leaders based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
- Act as a prime OE subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and provides advisory support to HR Business Partners to support business outcomes
- Collaborate across CTC to develop communications strategies and ensure consistency of messaging, to positively influence or change behaviour
- Contribute to the ongoing development and consistent application of CTC’s talent strategy, framework, and principles by working in partnership with HR Design, HR Delivery, and HR business partner teams
- The ideal candidate will have a human capital or strategy consulting background with strong organizational development, workforce transition, change management and program management skills.
- Experience in Human Capital or Strategy consulting role and/or Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management role
- Significant change management and transformation experience required, preferably on large scale and complex projects/initiatives
- Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed, and virtual environment for effective, scalable, and sustainable outcomes
- A collaborative, proactive and results oriented professional with demonstrated success in leading and working on projects as a team player
- Out of the box thinking to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine
- Change management certification or designation an asset
