Job Description
  • We create designs for the majority of Intel's products that service server, client, chipset, modem and IOT markets. We supply IP to both internal design teams and external customers. The Toronto design team is looking for talented individuals who wish to be a part of building the Industry's next generation products, with focus on high-speed SerDes. This role is focused on pre-silicon and post-silicon SerDes design validation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test benches for mixed-signal IP
  • Develop and maintain verification environment and flow
  • Collaborate with design team in order to ensure high quality design
  • Create programming sequences for lab characterization and ATE
  • SOC Front-end integration support
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
  • Good fundamental knowledge of electronics and digital hardware concepts
  • Assist with the verification of digital hardware blocks used in mixed signal designs
  • Basic understanding of digital design practices, including RTL coding in Verilog and running/debugging simulations
  • Strong scripting and/or software development skills
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
