This marks the beginning of a new phase in PTC’s growth strategy as we evolve our positioning of ThingWorx from a platfom that drives developer productivity to ThingWorx as a suite of powerful enterprise solutions (like DPM) that deliver significant enterprise productivity and value. We are seeking a passionate technical leader to fulfill the Agile software product owner function for our growing ThingWorx Connected Solutions team. This individual will be a key player in the design and development of the next generation of applications aimed at the Industrial IoT market. 
  • This team member will be expected to: Manage team backlogs, detailed requirements, and work with co-located Agile teams at global R&D centers to deliver quality solutions.Participate in the vision, design, and implementation of quality products.Bring a user perspective to the design of our products, ensuring that we deliver products that our customers want to use.Bridge the gap between our product management team and engineering teams to distill high level requirements into actionable plans that our expert developers can execute on.Work with the Technical Product Managers from other R&D teams to manage dependencies.Become an expert on our products. Support internal training for new products and features.Continue to upgrade technical and personal skills through internal and external training.Expertise and Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with technical and business professionals at every level.Experience with Scrum and agile processes is requiredExperience writing user stories, creating product backlogs, prioritizing work, and performing story acceptance.Experience in helping team members achieve success through agile best practices is a plus. Experience with productivity tools and languages (Jira, Git) is a plus.Object oriented design and development experience, integration with enterprise applications and systems/APIs (Java/REST/SOAP) is a plus. Experience with DevOps practices in the context of cloud services (Azure), REST, HTTP, and networking is a plus Basic Qualifications:Demonstrated success in product software development.Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, science or equivalentMinimum 7 years working in an enterprise software development delivery role. 
  • Minimum 3 years in hands-on software development using Internet technologies. Your Impact This is a critical role to support the suite of powerful enterprise solutions and it’s integration with TWX and Solutions.Your Team This TPM will be part of the Global IoT, TPM organization and support the Solutions Scrum Team based out of Pune, India.
