Job Description
- Manage extraction of recordings and transmission to a third party Analytics company through SFTP.
- Create/Maintain Selection Plans and Extraction Jobs using Verint Import/Export Manager
- Define parameters in configuration tables in SQL Server database
- Create/Maintain Scheduled Tasks using Windows Task Scheduler
- Maintain existing .NET scripts that process extracted recordings, including development and deployment (desired)
- Monitor extraction and upload tasks, ensuring files are delivered on time, and providing status reports on demand
- Re-process extraction and upload tasks as needed (outages, maintenance activities, etc.)
