- The Senior Connected Services Technical Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Global delivery of IOT domain; assumes the ultimate delivery responsibility for all aspects of domain
- Consolidate, monitor and manage the operational running of the domain portfolio (backlog, manage forecast, resource allocation, schedules, work progress and multimillion dollar budgets, arbitration and prioritization of requirements)
- Manage impacts analysis of new requirements and consolidation of quotes
- Oversee tasks of technical and functional personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding progress
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team required for specific projects and initiatives
- Support org vision, remove roadblocks, and coach teams to improve productivity and culture
