- As a Data Operations Manager, you will get the opportunity to shape the learning, development and enablement for our teams. The opportunity for impact in this role is vast, and someone with a self-starter attitude would excel in it.
- Be the #1 culture carrier of the Data Technology department;
- Provide enablement to teams in terms of resources and beyond;
- Act as an empathetic guide for our folks during the remote-work experience;
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding;
- Own department-wide rituals;
- Facilitate learning through department-wide events;
- Champion the standardization of performance management practices;
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a learning-and-development function;
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Track record of shaping teams;
- Coding experience is an asset.
