IoT Solutions Engineer

Currently, Teltonika India is constantly growing and looking for an ambitious IoT Solutions Engineer to join our growing international team in Bangalore, Pune & New Delhi. In this position, you will guide employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions, solve technical issues and ensure prevention.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL : 

• Guide employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions (consult, provide training)
• Solve technical issues and ensure the prevention
• Constant supervision and preparation of device technical documentation
• Assess India‘s customer needs for new features, raise proposals for its implementation and supervise the implementation process
• Participate in direct communication with clients to answer technical questions (conference calls, visits to clients)
• Perform quality assurance tasks before providing solutions to customer

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU: 

Are responsible, demonstrate logical thinking, interested in technology, and working in a team is a pleasure. Hands-on technical experience working with Telematics solutions for at least 1 year is a significant benefit for this role.

You will succeed if you have:

• Technical education (Electronics/Mechanics engineering)
• Basics of telecommunication systems and IOT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals
• Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language, and Hindi as the second language
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Good communication skills
• Capability to prepare technical documentation
• Knowledge of software, operating systems, server operation, and programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python) essentials
• Experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS) and secure Cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) would be an advantage

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. Fixed salary ranges from 4.36 LPA up to 5.36 LPA, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.
